Ingredients: 2 chicken eggs, soy sauce

  • Boiling eggs: First, bring  500ml of water to a boil . Once boiling, turn off the heat and add  200ml of regular water . Gently place 2 eggs in the boiling water. Cover and  let it steep for about 15 minutes . Then  , soak the eggs in ice water for about 5 minutes.
